Hey everyone So, I was so caught up celebrating my /success that I totally forgot to share my Day 3 update. Here’s a quick recap of both Day 3 and 4 Day 3 Kicked things off with 20 minutes on the treadmill, then joined a skipping challenge, the aim is 1,000 skips daily, Not gonna lie, starting with just 400 on Day 1 was tough, and 1,000? Wow, that's a whole new level! πŸ˜‚ After that, I went some sit-ups and leg press. Let’s just say my legs are still feeling the burn 😩 I pushed through 7 rounds on two different machines, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be feeling this one for days πŸ˜… Day 4 Today was definitely my favorite! I absolutely love Aerobics, it’s so much fun and really gets the heart pumping. I jumped back into the skipping challenge and added a little hip abduction to the mix. I met this super sweet girl at the gym, and we ended up training together. She totally motivated me to lift some weights and damn my hands felt like jelly afterwards Overall, it’s been an amazing couple of days
