Saturday started off the right way - Partner workout - 3 Rounds of: 20 squat cleans shared, 10 burpees over the bar synced, 400m run, 10 burpees over the bar synced, 10 shoulder to overhead shared, 400m run. Now to rest

π€£ Been there - some workouts it is great and they can help you or motivate you. Others they give you zero rest, too much pressure. Today, I kept my partner going on the runs and he had me keep up those burpees!
