hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share some tips on building healthy habits that have worked for me. first off, start small. don't try to run a marathon if you haven't even jogged in months. like, seriously. 😂 try adding a short walk to your day or swapping out soda for water. another biggie - consistency is key! it's better to do a little bit every day than a lot once a month. also, find a buddy! shoutout to my pal jake for keeping me motivated (and calling me out when I skip workouts lol). remember, progress > perfection. you got this! 💪
