I also enjoy a small portion of dark chocolate after lunch as a healthy treat. During the afternoon, I take short breaks from work to stretch or do simple exercises like squats or jumping jacks to maintain circulation.
I make time for relaxation by doing hobbies I enjoy, like reading or painting, which helps reduce stress. Dinner is light and includes soups or stir-fried vegetables with tofu or chicken. Before bed, I drink a calming herbal tea, such as lavender or peppermint, which helps me sleep peacefully.
I stick to a strict bedtime routine. I turn off screens an hour before sleeping and instead focus on deep breathing exercises or journaling.
