Basically, Elixir is a modular DPoS network that aims to improve liquidity in exchanges. It is cross-chain and allows for the native integration of the Elixir Protocol in DEXs. Currently, it has more than 30 native integrations with major decentralized exchanges. Recently, the protocol introduced deUSD, a synthetic dollar used as the preferred collateral in both decentralized and centralized exchanges. This will also be the project's focus until December, as they farm the potions, which are the project's points program (another strong indication of a future airdrop).

To accumulate these potions and climb the ranking, you need to deposit deUSD into the protocol (www.elixir.xyz/refer/schuppe1826). Other interesting ways to earn more potions include running a protocol node and depositing into an ether.fi vault, where you'll earn points in both Dapps, with a 5x boost for Elixir and a 3x boost for ether.fi, in addition to Veda points.

Considering the protocol's interesting purpose and the fact that it is not a diluted airdrop, it might be worth participating. Also, with the focus shift towards farming the native stablecoin, the TVL has dropped considerably, meaning with less capital, it’s possible to rise higher in the ranking.
