Nein! Der neue Kanzler wird zum Antrittsbesuch, wie alle Kanzler zuvor, nach Washington zitiert! Dort erhält er, wenn nötig, einen Einlauf und die Regierung wird vom Besatzer abgesetzt. Neuwahlen oder eine kommissarische Führung der Verwaltungseinheit BRD wird eingesetzt.
