Is Ethereum's new problem that too much ETH will be staked? I don't appreciate the implications. Anyone willing to clarify? We currently have 25% of ETH staked.

Good news: ETH is divisible down to 18 decimal places. So as more gets locked up and the price increases, we can just use really, really tiny bits of ETH to transact with. 😀

Cool thanks, that's a great read. I was being glib in my response, of course. I have to imagine that beyond what is being proposed there, solutions will arise to prevent a particular LST from growing to encompass all ETH liquidity.

I guess the concern is that ETH could lose utility if too much is staked?
