There should be a loop between the code and the documentation. Documenting the code after it is written will reveal inconsistencies in the code. These future bugs should be fixed if there is time. Ideally the documentation would be written first and serve as a specification for the code.

Play with wheels. Do not reinvent the wheel but do understand the wheel. Do compare wheels. Learn the material characteristics of wheels. Drive things on wheels. For sure customize your wheels! Drop it down, flashing hubcaps; all that. “Do not reinvent the wheel” does not mean do not have fun with wheels
