I had bacon fat trimmings waiting on the side of a pan. 

I didn’t want to waste them. 

After sitting for 8hours, I put them in a separate pot and rendered their fat and fried them. 

Comboed fried Berkshire pork with fresh baby arugula and hom mali fragrant rice. Lil lemon..🍋
