Why women salary is less then mens ? Also if its a revenue potencial ? how this potential has played so far ? I think games are doing great for exposure, but what is the endgame here ? how do we close the cycle ?

Hey, the women's salaries are actually the similar to most of the men's salaries. There are a couple players on the mens team though, that due to their competitive history demand higher salaries because of previous success. 

Think Premier League player vs MLS player salaries. 

I would love to close the cycle this year. I think our opportunity to qualify to the major is better than any other years because of the new rules and ways to qualify. This unlocks many more revenue streams for us that should allow us to become self sustaining this year. My dream would be to never have to come back to the DAO again after this and just have a CS team perpetually repping nouns.
