Whoa, @christin doesn’t this sound like what we were talking about ? The constant internal tension between being satisfied and never satisfied. Buddhism taught me to accept the world as is, but it’s in conflict with my ambitious techno progressive side.

I agree and HHDL has written and spoken quite a bit about this.  Being compassionate and accepting doesn't mean standing by when there is injustice.  
I just notice the internal conflict inside me, I'm not complaining though :)  It's served me well, balance is good ⚖️
