How do you see rules upheld in a decentralized system?

Disagree with this passage —very scarcity mindset. However what I do see happen is that if there is a leadership void in a DAO, something will fill it. But decentralized leadership does work. It just takes more effort.

Can you elaborate on “decentralized leadership”? 

Are you referring to term limits, rotations through a core team, something else?

It could be but I wasn’t referring to anything that formal. Leaders appoint themselves in decentralized ecosystems. Whether they are able to lead & influence others depends on their inherent skills. This can be both good & bad. It also can ￼lead to tribalism/factions.
