at the same time, totally understand anyone who dismisses the entire franchise based on the current gen of star wars releases it's gotten so bad its almost ruined 1-6 in my memory 😭

4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 is the best order if you don't know how 5 ends. You get the intro to Star Wars that everyone in 1977 got and you get to get attached to Anakin from his childhood without knowing he's going to fall to the dark side. Then you get to rewatch 4 knowing he is the one behind the mask.

That's pretty wild. I saw stsrt wars for the first time when I was like 16 so I was super late to the game but I got to watch 7-9 in theaters which was cool

there’s a weird thing that happens with movies that if you see newer effects from current films then go back I feel like it makes it hard to go back also if I’m being honest 1 and 2 are my fav films, I also spent entire days playing the pod racing game on PlayStation 1
