Thanks for this. A little confused though— so do you recommend we move fork to 30%? That’s what I thought we should do after fork 0 but we went the other way instead.

10% is a good normal state threshold
30% is helpful in getting auction prices closer to natural demand 

Whatever threshold you set the DAO can spend away the arb profits, where higher threshold gives more time but you also need to spend more
