I always saw Nouns at ETHGlobal hackathons and knew about the daily mints, but that was about it. I respected the Nouns folks on farcaster (@ccarella.eth, @toadyhawk.eth, @drewcoffman.eth) but never dug into what Nouns was actually doing

Then work made me track all public goods spending in Ethereum (pain in the ass haha, but also eye opening), and that’s when I realized Nouns has been funding some amazing Ethereum public goods:
- ZachXBT
- Solo staking graffiti on Ethereum blocks
- An animated film to support Protocol Guild
- A MEV relay

What an incredible accomplishment! TNS have embodied Nounish culture since the beginning. They’ve inspired so many others to get noggled up and join in the fun. Thank you for all the experiments, positive energy, and art. The next 1000 days will not be the same.

Hi MyfriendKappy.. Im a designer and builder and like to make Nounish Physical Products. You might know me from my IKEA Hacker project (see below). I've been also working on Nouns Golf and making different products that start as 3D printing and get turned into other mediums.. I've been doing a lot of experiments. I will use flows to help support my weekly experimentation with Nouns Physical Products and I hope to release some for sale in the near future.

This is deliberate (and genius). Nouns are drawn bottom layer first in the order: body, accessory, head, glasses. The accessory versions allow for a “clean” single body color without any pixels drawn on top (except for some heads which overlap). The body versions will always include a visible accessory (unless that accessory is a full body 😆). Try it for yourself: https://nouns.wtf/playground

Last but not least, I introduce to you (to the devs who got nounish apps to maintain, really) https://assets.noundry.wtf and https://www.npmjs.com/package/@noundry/nouns-assets

TL;DR: the API compiles an image-data.json directly from the onchain artwork, which you can then import into your app so that it stays always  in sync with the DAO's artwork

@noundry/nouns-assets is a drop-in replacement for @nouns/assets, that together with the noundry assets API will free you from having to update and redeploy your app every time a new trait makes it to the DAO.

If we want to keep the Noundry machine pumping, we shouldn't be imposing chores on all the ecosystem devs every time we drop a new gem onchain. This should keep our builders happy and prevent a couple of broken windows ✌️

Nouns Fest, but the Short Short funds are used for bumpers. 150x 5 second animations played back to back for 10 minutes, then release one every other day for a year on the socials.

In many instances, having interaction within the feed rather than being forced to hide it is valuable (a pop-over for a poll vs 1 click vote and scroll on). I wonder if it's possible to directly insert an iframe/webview into the current embed spot if the url metadata requests it. This would allow frames v1 inclusiveness with v2 expressiveness in the feed.
