in financial markets making wrong predictions reduces your capital and ability to make future bets. in attention makets like social media making bold but wrong predictions has often the opposite effect. More following, engagement etc. is this something to be fixed or just a natural state of things?

The Prop 167 (https://nouns.wtf/vote/167) seems to be contentious with many (all?) Nounders voting NO. My vote was a reluctant YES but I share the concern that 1000 ETH is a steep ask for an idea at an early stage.

I fully grok the idea of network states as online phenomena. I struggle with their transition to the physical world. The assumption is people we’re close to digitally are the same people we’d choose to live close to physically. In my experience the overlap is small at best. What am I missing?

since all casts end up on an open data layer, it makes contributing to the FC protocol at an early stage so much more worthwhile. even if the project "fails" (which I don't think it will), the community can move to the successor. v different opportunity cost than on web2 social where you go down with the platform.

gm! to experiment with Stable Diffusion we trained the model using first 300 Nouns. We loved some of the results so wrapped it into an app so you can play too.
