main question I would like to see when considering these changes. how does this help builders? Does it facilitate grant reception on various different locations? very happy to see something like this being explored, as trying to handle small grants to tax man in many diff countries is a pita

is the difficulty the fact that tax has to be paid or just what to say that the grant was (or any tax forms related to that) is difficult? DUNA could possibly make that easier by issuing tax forms and such if needed. in general though i don't know if DUNA makes grant receiving itself much easier (grantees need to KYC) but it can increase clarity and legitimacy to the DAO and possibly increase funding flow as a result? love my t-shirt btw!

main question is from the builder pov: does it help justify where the money comes from to the builder local taxman? does it qualify as non-governmental funding? I mean this in the sense where there is no expectation of return or services provided in exchange for the work? (its not a service agreement) this would help the grantees to keep the grant in full. A good example would be Googles DNI programme where recipients owe zero taxes on the money received.
