anyone else tape their mouth before they go to bed?

Started doing this ~6 months ago. Main benefit for me is not waking up with a dry mouth. Even on nights I don't tape, my breathing when asleep has been retrained for the most part and still get the benefits.

Had a very similar thought today, it’s definitely a health crisis. Our health crisis is a bit of an onion though. Alcohol, sugar, poor sleep, dehydrated, lack of exercise, piss pour ingredients, and mouth breathing. Stack those all together you see the befits but excess in one of those can topple the stack

100% I suspect it’s one of those “wicked” problems that probably doesn’t have an ideal solution. I know in systems thinking you want to make changes at points where there is most leverage. I wonder which of those areas have the most leverage.
