That’s how @subtlerebel.eth felt, that ending was actually perfect for me, not in an enjoyable way, it cemented that being one of the scariest movies I’ve seen in awhile. The zombie kid just needed to find an external source of comfort and satisfaction which is disturbing in how accurately it represents the kids today

I want to try the book. Thought the film's concept and certain scenes were awesome. 

Saying that, the build up of tension never really got a satisfying conclusion or release. 6/10

I’m hoping the takeaway is that if we collectively get our heads out our asses, slap the shit out of those kids, stop being assholes to each other, and get our hands dirty, that we won’t need to worry about that attack vector because its only viable if our social IQ drops below what evolution will tolerate

Really makes ya 🤔. All three things are totally plausible and the next thing ya know…we’re all looking for that last episode.
