The team wins, past 130s the differences are far less relevant, and the IQ is still meaningless if the potential teammate isn’t high in Trust

if this is not relevant and meaningless.. why do that? just to disqualify low IQs? and what would be the cut? is this really necessary? meaning, a low IQ is easy to spot.. most of the time.. and, a high IQ (or a smart person) can fake trust tests.. and almost every test.. would say.. I really don't think that IQ tests represent something.. kids can do better and get higher results.. but I am sure I have more skills now than when I was a kid xD (obviously, they are not just the only test) and why it was not legal? discrimination?

It’s illegal in the US to use this. I’m not saying it’s the only thing or even the most important, but it is very relevant to the way in which someone is thinking, but intelligence alone isn’t useful. Trust > execution > intelligence

I meant if there is any special reason to be illegal, yeah, no one is going to hire someone only with a little IQ test I guess.. I would not do that.. but I would hire some dumb people if I can trust on them for that thing, agree, trust gets more weight, followed by execution and efficiency.. intelligent is less important if the thing is repetitive, easy to learn or just any average thing.. but I would not let full control over anything with decision making to anyone with not enough intelligence

The special reason is because we seem to believe catering to the lowest common denominator is a good thing. I think it’s a good way to drive down the average by perpetually relaxing standards to meet the lowest performers where they’re at. I think that’s a losing formula. Really this post was just realizing, oh, there is a way to use the score without breaking a law. I think it would be reasonable if the actual scores were unknown and the concern is more which bracket does that applicant fall into, and as you said earlier, it’s just a filter so if they’re in the group they’re in the group, that’s enough to know

I am not going to discuss if this is right or not but I don't think that lowering barriers is a way to damage the society.. just opportunity for everyone.. let's say that it is. we live in a society with limited resources, and jobs (jobs < people), and high variance on wages, just read the other day that people from harvard was struggling to find a job.. the standards are getting higher every day.. the hiring process and the "wrong" distribution of resources is already creating a filter to increase the quality.. so, I don't think that this is the cause of the decadence of our societies.. we should look in other side I think..
