Why is a microprogram not just a function, procedure, or method?

It is accurate to say a microprogram is a function with 0 or more params.

The difference is all functions are not easy to copy/paste/concatenate/mix and match, whereas all microprograms are.

Languages need to be designed for microprogramming.
