I just had my first experience of partnering with a team to integrate our projects which only required us to agree that what we're both doing is valuable and that it would be more valuable if they interlocked in some way

Thanks to retropgf we were free to just start contributing, safe in the knowledge the economic sense would figure itself out down the road

The only problem is externality pricing.

Whose retroPGF? Are you just counting on each other's retroactive appreciation? Collaboration is great whatever enables it. I'm curious how strong the guarantees are.

I know people mean well when they believe you can just knowingly 100% align value before doing Thing, but exploration is required
