if one is not willing to enter the public arena, they should make a private dao. social influence, variance in delegation protocol, and economic pressure are all ways to achieve this.

I know some jump to coding solutions for human problems like this.. But I'm gonna do it anyway. Could it be that IF I tear down a productive employee I get docked retroactively somehow. ELSE I tear down a non-productive & I'm rewarded. Would require a DAO 'productive' metric plus a court system or prediction market

that really captures the general tradeoff between public capital and closed systems. tbf in joseph.eth's case (if this is about sushiswap), I think there was breakdown of communication & expectation. there shouldn't really be a public DAO if the scrutiny is anathema to its operation, and PE is an option.
