I get the idea! All of the challenge is in the design of the court system that measures productivity

I know some jump to coding solutions for human problems like this..

But I'm gonna do it anyway.

Could it be that IF I tear down a productive employee I get docked retroactively somehow. ELSE I tear down a non-productive & I'm rewarded. 

Would require a DAO 'productive' metric plus a court system or prediction market

ironically, I don't think sushiswap is being taken down, if anything the scrutiny seems to suggest operational capture (down to the act of changing borrow/liquidity etc for voting purposes) for what has been a very impactful vampire attack.

Like the scrutiny on sushiswap is part of what took it down?

that really captures the general tradeoff between public capital and closed systems. tbf in joseph.eth's case (if this is about sushiswap), I think there was breakdown of communication & expectation. there shouldn't really be a public DAO if the scrutiny is anathema to its operation, and PE is an option.
