3. Our cognitive function can decline, affecting our memory, focus, and mood.
4. Osteoporosis is a common concern for many of us as we age.
5. Aging can weaken our immune system, making us more susceptible to illnesses.
While supplements can be incredibly beneficial, it's essential to remember that they should complement a healthy lifestyle, not replace it.
