How do you set boundaries in a world that values constant availability? It feels like weā€™re expected to be ā€œonā€ 24/7, whether itā€™s for work, social media, or messages from family. Finding ways to disconnect and make time for ourselves isnā€™t easy, but itā€™s more important than ever. Hereā€™s a few things I do: - I only answer DMs once a day, no matter how many come inā€”otherwise, Iā€™d be checking my messages constantly. - I also make a point to shut off my phone for a few hours each night to spend time with my wife. She gets grumpy if Warpcast gets all the time. Taking my face out of a screen for a bit always helps me recharge. (Although, Iā€™ll admitā€”itā€™s been hard since the introduction or @clanker šŸ˜‚) What about you? How do you set boundaries in our always connected world?
