Yeah it’s so funny seeing american talking heads, some of whom can have very nuanced understandings of other complex issues, so completely ignorant of both what capitalism is and what communism is. It’s like in the US there’s only one book you’re permitted to read—they’ve burned the rest—and it’s the Black Book of Communism. 

These folks will literally defend free speech when it’s for white supremacy and misogyny. They’ll literally whitewash nazi history, but to develop any semblance of a nuanced understanding of worker-run modes of production is outside the realm.

It’s dogmatic and frankly pathetic. Not to mention it underlies such obvious fascist beliefs that it’s easy to know who to avoid.
