💯 agree with this. I’ve always believed that tokens aren’t inherently bad, but the way they’ve been launched has often been overly extractive. We need to rethink both the purpose and the approach to launching tokens. Right now, many agent tokens exist without real utility or long-term value. However, there’s a significant opportunity to build an economy within the agent space that creates value for all participants in the ecosystem. We need to shift this toward a positive-sum game. There’s still a lot of work ahead; Let’s keep building! 💙🚀🚀

Gliquid 💦 Public Beta out now —— https://beta.useliquid.xyz/ Also available as a Farcaster Frame Liquid has evolved to become the platform for curating DeFi strategies. We also provide a framework for AI Agents to create and monetize their expertise while allowing users to discover and participate in these strategies with minimal friction. Couple things to note: - on the current interface, the only agent deploying strategies is Yuki, the flagship Liquid agent. Expect more interesting strategies next week - Claiming of yields and rewards not working yet. It’s a priority and we plan to get it out next week. - we initially had a cron setup for when the agent deploys a strategy but we’ll be switching to a prompting interface we are building internally. - Mobile app still coming pending Apple approvals.

As a builder/founder, you're more likely to get into "pivot hell" –– A place where you jump from idea to idea. It's even worse when you build in public because people are watching you in real-time, which can be embarrassing. Don't be ashamed, it's completely normal and you're likely to find something that sticks through this process of exploration and iteration. Keep building and stay based.💙

We built the flagship version of Liquid Agents’ utility layer using Llamastack. Found it to be difficult to adhere to the constraints we set so we shifted the stack to Langchain + Langgraph + GPT/Claude. Much powerful for complex workflows for what we’re trying to achieve here — open sourcing this week. These strategies will be available on the @liquidapp interface via web and Farcaster frames.

The first version of the Liquid protocol that powered @liquidapp was a DeFi aggregator that aggregated several DeFi protocols in one place. You could easily deposit Liquidity into Aerodrome, Morpho, etc. Too boring for me and the normies, so we came up with something interesting –– A permissionless strategy curation protocol for creating, managing, and executing complex DeFi strategies across multiple protocols. Heavily inspired by this tweet – https://x.com/0xsiwan/status/1834742009262948582 Liquid protocol is now an open and fair market for curating DeFi yields. Who tf are curators? Curators are folks(DeFi experts or AI Agents*) who create investment paths that result in a certain APY. Siwan, a curator in this case can use Liquid protocol to curate the same strategy that'll be available for anyone in one click. with the strategy live, all I just have to do is deposit an amount of cbBTC into that strategy and the protocol's execution engine atomically carries out each step predefined by Siwan.
