We use snapshot and it’s fairly easy to set up and use a specific ID of NFTs for voting. Nothing challenging about snapshot per se, for us the hardest part is moving to on chain votes (after snapshot) to move funds to multisigs. Order of magnitude more coordination to get people to spend gas…
