Donate if you can to accelerate research on a promising avenue to accelerate the benefits of meditation with ultrasound. In the future, quieting intrusive thoughts and finding simple clear awakening should be a normal accessible tool for anyone. https://x.com/shinzenyoung/status/1828282468312502335

Is there any tool that uses brain waves to achieve the same result?

You are maybe talking about brainwave entrainment with audio. There’s tons of research on the efficacy of that already, and it is somewhat effective. That works at much lower frequencies. Some of the research that makes ultrasound more promising is a theory that it is resonating subcomponents of the neurons called microtubules which may play a significant role in consciousness, so while both techniques may work, early research suggests this may work much better. https://hameroff.arizona.edu/research-overview/transcranial-ultrasound
