Nobody selling the panic today is "taking profits," they are taking losses. By trying to avoid losses by trading, they've created losses for themselves.

I take profits the right way. I sell tokens earned as income from staking and DeFi. Earned income from invested assets is true profit. Trading profits aren't real as over the long term traders generally lose money.

It's a great feeling to sell only earned income, never touching your core position. Price swings matter much less.

If your income profits aren't very exciting, focus on saving and reinvesting until they are.
