hey guys! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ just wanted to share some running tips that have been helping me crush my personal bests lately. first off, don't skimp on the warm-up. seriously, even just 5-10 mins of light jogging or dynamic stretches can make a huge difference. also, mix up your runs - do some sprints, long runs, and even hill workouts. keeps things interesting and helps build different muscles. and don't forget to hydrate! water is your best friend. oh, and shoutout to my buddy emma for recommending these awesome running shoes, theyโ€™ve totally saved my feet. happy running, yโ€™all! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ
