for someone who yaps about her personal life publicly and privately a little too much, i’ve recently started to grow wary of doing it, bc i realized (finally!!) that talking about shit just amplifies your overthinking when all you need is to draw attention away from the situation and not let your thoughts or anyone else’s thoughts influence your actions.

i love my friends so much but the yapping is going to a minimal level from here on out.
