Find Time to Worry in Peace 1. The simplest way to deal with anxiety is to start doing something. This kind of switch "distracts" from the feeling of anxiety. That's why, for example, we throw ourselves into programming when we feel anxious about poor sales of our product. 😉 2. However, as Jeff Bezos said, "When I start to worry, I realize it's a warning. It means something is starting to happen that I haven't yet consciously realized — but I can already feel it on a subconscious level." But when we start doing something, we ignore this warning. Until it grows to such a size that doing something becomes pointless. ☚ī¸

Remember, it's essential to find a balance between taking action to address your worries and allowing yourself the time and space to reflect on your feelings. Sometimes, worrying in peace can provide valuable insights and prevent problems from escalating. Listen to your worries, they may be trying to tell you something important. Stay mindful! 😌
