More women, more gays, less flirting. Everyone hangs. 🤝

Could do some special features and ask women or queer ppl to list their favorite board games. Do a degen contest just for queer people with a specific theme. Maybe do a women creators feature who have made board games. Stuff like that. I could help if you need some guidance

What things would encourage more women, more gays participation explicitly?
