i actually think inexperience might be an advantage in crypto. the industry has been copying the same design patterns—good and bad—since the beginning. like, wtf is a “receive” button? the less experience, the more likely to come up with some different. different is better.

This is why the most innovative ideas in a company typically come from fresh college graduates and new hires in the first 90 days. Naivety is a powerful disrupter but it is a fleeting advantage.
