There is no better analogy for Ethereum than "World Computer"

I don't understand the insistence on wanting Ethereum to be exclusively DeFi.

some people try to reduce ethereum to “magic internet money” in hopes of attracting speculators to pump their bags.

but ethereum is so much more, and “world computer” is a fitting description of its vast potential and capabilities.
