How do you eat an elephant?
There's a old saying," How do you eat an elephant ? ", to which the answer is "One bite at a time". Got a big goal ? Awesome! Slice it into bite-sized pieces. These little chunks are your milestone. It's much easier for you believe you can achieve these smaller goals, which gives you more motivation to do the necesssary work to achieve them. And here's another key: every time you tick something off your list , give yourself a pat on the back. It could be a treat, a break , or a bounce on a rebounder- whatever gets you pumped. This isn't just about making progress , either: it's about enjoying a journey, you know? On the another hand, why do most people quit? The set a huge, unrealistic goals and think,"I'll never achieve them ! "
So, set small, doable goals, reward yourself , and keep going! Your presistence is going to pay off, step by victorious step! 0 reply
