Likely ascending triangle 🔺

Initially, I felt conflicted because of that pretty obvious H&S on the H4 timeframe but looking at the D1 for confluence, I'm more certain that the spike up to 0.05 was just an aggressive test of resistance, leading to a standard deviation in an otherwise strong trend.

Also have to take into consideration $ETH's extreme underperformance (and there is some scary shit happening on that chart asw).

In any case, I added more here. Higher.

triangle became symmetrical and a nice range formed, creating tons of volatility compression. 

classic breakout pattern (two tests and a breakout). goldilocks slaughters the last bear.
