With the M1 being rekt I need new laptop recommendations!

I need something i can run linux on. Im tired of having to deal with macos.

The Yoga Slim 7 Pro AMD has an awesome processor, around 1500 Euro, long enough battery life (9-10hs).

It’s the closest competitor I could find to Apple at least here in Portugal on store shelves.

The LG Gram for weight and battery life seems great but I believe they ship with only Intel for later models.

AMD is a better mobile chip, it’s newer technology. Intel is still stuck improving their old fab designs. Less hot, better battery efficiency. 

So better battery life and power out of AMD.

The framework was another one, the issue there was battery life overtime and they don’t ship directly to PT.

the yoga does look pretty good! this might be exactly what im after.

is there a specific reason for an amd>intel preference? im completely ootl on mobile processors.
