We've been doing a bunch of work on Investment DAO structures at Seed Club. Launched Seed Club Ventures earlier this year (~$25m member managed) Lots of learnings from a legal POV, but operations, enabling participation and minimizing group think are the bigger problems / opps.

South Park Commons funded their FF3 cohort through an investment DAO created on SyndicateDAO. Simple process to tokenize equity and airdrop to companies + advisors participating in program. Some legal kinks, but interesting idea in making private investments more transferable.

Out of all the use-cases in web3, creating permission-less InvestmentDAOs does makes the most sense. Would love to see better standards to become mainstream in the coming time. For example NFT contracts that enables vesting for the investors.

yeah as @peterkim said - we ran a small accelerator and dual tracked traditional fund structure w/ onchain investmentDAO via syndicate. had to create some special provisions in fund docs and side contracts to grant tokens to session participants and founders
