Devs building onchain consumer apps have not had an obvious place to build in the past. No chain has had scalability, a critical mass of quality developers & users & sufficient momentum. @base now has all four. If I had to bet on where the first onchain app with 100M+ users is built, itād be Base.

Base is achieving something the other L2s and alt-L1s havenāt yet figured out - cultivating a good vibe & attracting people to WANT to build (and not grift). Itās not hackathons or narrative chasing - just seems like focus. šµšµšµ

Agreed. I am building extensions to the Farcaster protocol and when faced between deploying Optimism (where FC users are registered) and Base (where FC users are active), I chose Base.
