In your view, where would the money being paid out (to earners) come from?

For BTC, ETH, and every other crypto network there are tokens distributed out to earners for work. The tokens are initially worth ~0. In some cases, belief increases and value increases and others belief decreases and value stays at ~0. This is how any x-to-earn system works.
