two desktop feature requests for @supercast
1. single key keyboard shortcuts to open cast composer (n key or c key for example, like twitter)
2. when i click a reply and it opens the sidebar, i want it to scroll to the cast i clicked. 
3. took me a while to find 'pick channel' on desktop. i'd just put this in the toolbar where superanon and image upload are
