i need to put together better materials, but, succinctly:

- people are struggling to keep track of multiple tipping tokens/allowances on a daily basis
- a lot of allowances go to waste at the end of the day because folks are busy or just forget (myself included)
- microsub asks for your permission to tip on your behalf, and then gives out any leftover allowances to the accounts of your choosing before they go to waste
- there will be a small web app to allow you to configure your settings for the above
