can I point an ENS text record at a vercel hosted next.js app so that the .eth.limo directs to the app?

I'm working on next.js app and I don't really want to buy a domain for it that i'll have to pay for forever. would be easier to just buy an ENS with 5+ years, set the text record, and call it a day
