Most famous story of happy new year The Little Match Girl
/sense :
One of the most famous New Year stories is the timeless tale of "The Little Match Girl" by Hans Christian Andersen. Though bittersweet, it is a powerful reminder of kindness, hope, and humanity as we step into a new year.
The story is about a poor, barefoot little girl wandering the icy streets on New Year's Eve, trying to sell matches to earn money for her family. Despite the biting cold, no one buys her matches, and she is too afraid to go home empty-handed. Seeking warmth, she lights one match after another, and with each flame, she sees vivid, beautiful visions. First, she imagines sitting by a warm stove, then a lavish feast with a roasted goose, and finally, a magnificent Christmas tree glowing with candles.

Topic of the day /sense lost things
I lost my car keys at a busy shopping mall. I had been running errands all day, and after walking around for hours, I realized they were missing. I searched high and low, checked my bag, the car, and even retraced my steps through the mall, but they were nowhere to be found. I felt so frustrated, as my keys were not only essential, but also had sentimental value to me. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever find them again. After several days, I decided to contact the mall’s lost and found, and to my surprise, they had my keys! Someone had found them and turned them in. That experience taught me that losing something can be upsetting, but there’s always hope that things may be found again. It reminded me to stay calm and trust that good things can still come back to us when we least expect it.

Health
Once I finish breakfast, I engage in a 30-minute workout, which can be a combination of cardio and strength training. I enjoy activities like cycling, jumping rope, or doing bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and squats. This helps me stay strong, fit, and energized. Afterward, I take a brisk 20-minute walk outside to get some fresh air and sunlight, which lifts my mood and provides me with a dose of vitamin D. I also make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the morning, aiming for at least 1.5 liters before lunch.
I continue to stay hydrated by drinking water or herbal teas such as green tea, which boosts my metabolism and provides antioxidants. I also try to stay focused by breaking my work into smaller tasks using the Pomodoro technique, which helps me avoid burnout. I take small breaks to stretch, walk around, or simply relax my mind by practicing deep breathing exercises.
