Disqualifying someone based on a one page paper that doesn’t show intangibles is dumb.

I was in one of the fastest pace jobs on earth for 8 years. Except 98% of it I can’t even talk about. The other 2% barely show cases much of anything.

I’m a 27 time Track all American. 


All these accolades and yet I can’t get a simple
Marketing job. 🤷🏽♂️
