Today, I finished reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie, and here are my takeaways: 1. Remove anger from your communication. 2. Always try to understand the other person's viewpoint. 3. Don't appreciate anyone just for the sake of it. 4. Never point out people's mistakes directly.
