New proposal draft open for feedback: https://hackmd.io/YvknenYFSRGTFhJHpb0syg?view L1 -> L2 migration is ready, final step is seeding the migration bot with some ETH from Builder. From there we can enable the proposal template for DAOs that opt in starting with smaller treasuries to minimize risk.
