Given past updates to Ethereum, our current 7-day proposal protocol is now obsolete. I suggest reducing the initial 44-hour delay to a 24-hour period, equating to 7,200 blocks, and concurrently, extending the voting window from 66 hours to 96 hours, which corresponds to 28,800 blocks.

If the Lil Nouncil multi-sig signers meddle in our voting without participating in Lil Nouns or Nouns proposals and don’t push through already-approved sponsorship proposals on-chain, why do we need them? Didn’t we just approve compensation for them too? 🤔
